01. The Elite Standard

At Raza Fragrance, we craft olfactive masterpieces. Our products are formulated with the highest concentration of premium oils. Because fragrance is a highly subjective experience governed by individual skin chemistry and personal preference, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on "dislike of the scent" or "change of mind."

Refunds and exchanges are exclusively reserved for incidents where our operational excellence falls short—specifically, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or entirely incorrect item. We protect the integrity of our inventory fiercely to ensure every customer receives a pristine, untouched bottle.

02. Eligibility Criteria

If your situation warrants a return due to damage or incorrect fulfillment, you must initiate the claim within our 15-Day Quality Guarantee window, starting from the exact date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused, entirely full, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact. Any bottle that shows signs of usage, missing volume, or intentional tampering will be immediately rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense.

03. The Unboxing Mandate

We operate with a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent claims. To successfully claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, an unedited Unboxing Video is strictly mandatory.

The video must clearly show the sealed flyer/box being opened, and the damage or leakage must be visible in continuous footage without any cuts. Claims submitted with photographs alone, or videos shot after the parcel has already been opened, will be summarily dismissed. This protocol ensures absolute transparency between the brand and the buyer.

04. Return Protocol

To initiate a return, you must contact our Command Center via WhatsApp or Email within the 15-day window, attaching your Unboxing Video and Order Number. Once your claim is preliminarily authorized, you will receive our Karachi warehouse address.

Shipping Liabilities: If the error is ours (damaged/wrong item), Raza Fragrance will bear the return shipping cost by issuing store credit for the courier amount. For any other exceptional circumstances where a return is permitted by management, the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping costs.

05. Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving your returned package, it will be handed over to our Quality Assurance team. The unboxing of your returned package will be recorded on our end to verify the contents.

If the item is confirmed to be in its original, untouched state (or legitimately damaged in transit as proven by your video), we will officially approve the refund. If the inspection reveals tampering, usage, or deliberate damage, the claim will be legally voided, and the product will not be shipped back unless the customer pays for a new delivery fee.

06. Refund Disbursement

Once officially approved, refunds are processed strictly via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. We do not offer cash refunds. Please allow a processing window of 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your designated account.

Alternatively, customers may opt for an immediate Store Credit / Gift Card of equal value, which is issued instantly upon approval and can be used to acquire any other signature scent from our collection.
